I created a STEM curriculum to teach underprivileged kids the fundamentals of coding, robotics, and engineering, making complex concepts accessible. Starting with block-based programming and simple engineering tasks, I gradually introduced more advanced topics, allowing students to apply their learning to hands-on projects. Collaboration and mentorship fostered excitement and teamwork. The program culminated in a showcase, where students built real-world solutions. Some students expressed newfound interest in pursuing STEM careers, and a few even went on to participate in regional science fairs.
I founded Tech Dreamers with a vision to bridge the gap in tech education, TechDreamers brought together aspiring programmers from around the world. Leading sessions via Zoom, I guided international students through coding projects, helping them develop key skills while fostering a collaborative, cross-cultural learning environment. With participants joining from diverse regions, TechDreamers offered a unique platform for students to connect, share ideas, and grow together as they navigated coding challenges and developed projects that showcased their newfound expertise.
Interning with the IT director at my highschool for three years gave me invaluable experience that went beyond learning about technology. I supported the entire school community, from setting up devices to troubleshooting network issues and proctoring standardized tests.
